Community Alpha

Help Shape the Intelligence Behind Conversational AI

The planned Q1 2027 community alpha will invite informed feedback on a narrow, reproducible demonstration of live supporting intelligence for one voice agent.

01 — The First Alpha

A small demonstration designed to be questioned

The first community alpha is expected to focus on one workflow that can be observed, repeated, and improved.

This is an early technical demonstration for feedback, not a commercial release. The objective is to make the handoffs between a voice conversation, supporting tasks, evidence, and policy visible enough for developers to evaluate.

The initial scope is intentionally narrow. It may use simplified data, constrained task types, and illustrative integrations so that the core coordination pattern can be inspected without implying broad production coverage.

What participants should expect

  • One defined scenarioNot a general-purpose assistant.
  • Reproducible inputsDocumented assumptions and boundaries.
  • Open questionsFeedback is part of the engineering plan.
02 — The Alpha Scenario

One conversation, several bounded intelligence tasks

Use the stepper to see how a customer pricing challenge could be handled in the planned demonstration. Each step remains simplified in alpha.

01 · Voice request

Keep the conversation active

One voice agent receives a customer pricing challenge and acknowledges the question while the supporting workflow begins. In alpha, the customer context and pricing scenario will be deliberately constrained rather than treated as a full contact-centre integration.

03 — Demonstration Loop

A voice-led loop with feedback returning to the build

The planned alpha keeps the primary conversation visible while supporting work and community feedback move through separate paths.

Alpha demonstration loop

Conceptual system and feedback flow

Community alpha loop from voice agent to broker, specialists, evidence and policy, and back to the agent A primary voice agent sends a pricing challenge to the Live Decision Broker. The broker routes several parallel specialist tasks into evidence and policy, which sends incremental updates back to the voice agent. Developer and community feedback loops back into the build. 04 — Introduction Plan

Meet developers where technical feedback happens

The project intends to introduce the early demonstration through relevant Reddit developer and AI communities, following each subreddit's rules.

Respectful outreach

Any post, discussion, or request for feedback will be shaped around the requirements of the community in which it appears. The project does not claim specific subreddit partnerships or moderator approvals.

Feedback over promotion

The goal is to share a bounded technical demonstration, disclose its limitations, and learn from developers who notice integration, reliability, or usability concerns.

05 — Evaluation Focus

What participants will be asked to evaluate

Feedback is most useful when it is tied to observable behaviour rather than broad enthusiasm.

Factual lookup

Does the workflow distinguish a useful lookup from an unsupported answer?

Incremental delivery

Are partial results understandable while the call remains active?

Evidence and policy

Are sources, uncertainty, and recommendation boundaries clear?

Operational reality

What integration challenges, usability issues, reliability limits, and cost visibility gaps appear?

06 — Register Your Interest

Help us prepare the right questions

The portable website has no registration backend. Interest is registered by email so the team can understand who wants to hear about the planned alpha.

Register by email

Send a short note describing your technical interests or the kind of feedback you could provide.

A future waitlist API may be considered as an optional integration, but it has not been built.

What to include

Share your role, areas of interest, and whether you would prefer to review the workflow, integration boundaries, evidence handling, or operational questions.

07 — Transparency

A clear invitation, not a simulated product flow

The alpha page should be as honest about its boundaries as the planned system should be about its evidence.

Important limitations

There is no fake registration database and no submission-success message. This page opens an email client only. Alpha scope may change as engineering progresses.

Not yet built

  • Backend registration or waitlist storage
  • Guaranteed participant selection process
  • Production integration coverage

Still to be learned

Whether the narrow demonstration is useful, understandable, secure enough to test responsibly, and worth expanding will depend on engineering evidence and participant feedback.

Bring a careful question to the alpha
